This is kinda weird, as I was just meditating on this scripture that I ran across the other night, found in Hebrews 13:15-16... "By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name. ? 16 ?But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased. ?" (The NIV doesn't have the word "well" before pleased.) What I really liked about this passage is that it said our praises and fellowship makes God "well" pleased. Not that it just pleased Him, but that it pleased Him well. You see when the Tigers win a game that is pleasing to Tigers fans, but when they win the World Series, why, that is well pleasing! I notice the different "emotions" that are associated with each of the above examples. Yes, praise God! Awesome!
