Annual Congregational Meeting
The annual meeting will be held Wednesday, October 14, at 7:00 p.m. in the auditorium. All adult programs will be suspended for the evening. All members are encouraged to attend.
All ministry leaders, committee leaders, staff, and church officers will present their annual reports at this time. The annual budget will be presented for approval.
This is also the meeting at which elders, deacons, and other church officers are elected.
The following individuals have been nominated for these roles:
- Elder: Bill Howarth
- Deacons: Tom Bloomfield, Joe Brandenburg, Patrick Davidson, Rob Dills, Hawley Harmon, Art Howle, Duane Lewis, Gene Michael, Paul Pilat, Dwight Sachau, Bill Wakefield
- Financial Secretary: John Baumgarten
- Assistant Treasurer: Bill Howarth
- Church Clerk: Jean Ford
- Trustee: Gary Sackett
- Bible School Superintendent: Bruce Stoker
- Assistant Bible School Superintendent: Roy O’Doherty
